Malwarebytes is a great product however it has some shortcomings that prevent it from being a good choice for everyone. For instance, it costs more than some of its competitors for a single device subscription. Its also not quite as dependable as its competitors in terms of features.
Malwarebytes provides multiple layers of protection including web protection and ransomware protection. It also offers adware view it now and malware protection and removal and detection. It is a reliable security tool with real-world capabilities. AV Comparatives tests consistently rank it as one of the top products in its category (August 2022 to October 2022).
