New York Yankees
After leaving the game of baseball Jim has been fortunate to be involved and dedicated a lot of his time to charitable work and raising money for all types of causes. Both the Jorge Posada Foundation (a charity assisting children with Craniosynistosis, which his youngest son Phoenix suffered from) and the ALS Lou Gherig disease ( which Jim lost his brother in law, Joe from in September 2010). Jim is particularly drawn to charitable causes regarding children, which is why he wants to create his own foundation, The Home Run for Hope someday to empower children who lost parents through tragedy.
Jim has recently joined the quickly growing team at On Top Visibility, a full-service B2B web design and marketing company on Long Island. He serves as the Director of Marketing and New Business Development, regularly making trips to New York and meeting with the team on his developments. He also still works closely with the New York Yankees.
